Some days ago, I went to Casa Pasarela, an unavoidable exhibition for peolple who loves decoration and, of course, domotic.
There I found a special project for single people: U-LAT. These is a single-people oriented project which combines the beauty of design and the new domotic technologies. It was a 50m2 home, giving out in 25m2 for the interior and another 25 for the terrace.
The thing that catched all my attention was a piece of the wall that has some engravings. Pressing on one of them, I turned on the light, and pressing on another one, I let down the blind...It was a control panel for some of the elements of the house.
It allows to interact with the elements of the house, pressing on the different drawings that are represented on it. On having texts in braille it is adapted for blind users. It appears in different materials and colors for what it integrates in any environment. The version that exists now availably only can mate in the wall, but it is foreseen to develop other one to install in the soil. Between its home automated functions includes the control of blinds, lights and heating. It allows to create personalized environments according to the tastes of every user. This way, for example, from the icon "bulb" they can ignite or extinguish the different lights of the housing, or from the drawing "radiator" to programme the temperature of the heating and to determine the hour of ignition and switched off.
I will keep this in my mind to be incorproted in my most ambitious plan.
