Some days ago, I went to Casa Pasarela, an unavoidable exhibition for peolple who loves decoration and, of course, domotic.
There I found a special project for single people: U-LAT. These is a single-people oriented project which combines the beauty of design and the new domotic technologies. It was a 50m2 home, giving out in 25m2 for the interior and another 25 for the terrace.
The thing that catched all my attention was a piece of the wall that has some engravings. Pressing on one of them, I turned on the light, and pressing on another one, I let down the blind...It was a control panel for some of the elements of the house.
It allows to interact with the elements of the house, pressing on the different drawings that are represented on it. On having texts in braille it is adapted for blind users. It appears in different materials and colors for what it integrates in any environment. The version that exists now availably only can mate in the wall, but it is foreseen to develop other one to install in the soil. Between its home automated functions includes the control of blinds, lights and heating. It allows to create personalized environments according to the tastes of every user. This way, for example, from the icon "bulb" they can ignite or extinguish the different lights of the housing, or from the drawing "radiator" to programme the temperature of the heating and to determine the hour of ignition and switched off.
I will keep this in my mind to be incorproted in my most ambitious plan.

Well, how can it be possible?
I mean, last night I had a strange experience about computer systems. I am not very good at this, but if this is what someone like me can do, what else will someone that knows be able to do?
Someone asked me how to guess the password of the administrator user of a Windows XP system. This surprised me because I thought that people does not use to forget their passwords…jajaja! So I decided to help to find the best solution.
I found in the internet the article of someone that has had the same case, and the way that guy solved. This blog says that there were some utilities that helps to reset the password of the administrator, and recommended the Austrumi software. It is a Linux utility, which reset that password and set it to empty. So, I downloaded the .iso image and followed the steps that blog told. In about three minutes, I had the problem solved.
And this night I found that there are some other choices, like the following: start the pc in safe mode; this opens a list of the administrators users that can make login in the machine. Then select the default administrator (that has the password in blank) and then, open the administrative tool to manage users and groups. Finally change the password of the user that was the one you were trying to hack.
Yes, I know that perhaps this is casual (because I don´t know how were the users created and so on...), but I insist, if this is what someone like me can do, what else will someone that really knows be able to do?
And of course, why are we so worried about securing our applications having bugs like this?
Hope this helps people that use to forget their passwords…

Hello!
All started when a friend of mine, asked to me about to share all my interests about things related to technology over the Internet…
I’m still confused about what I’ll be able to do, but I decided to try it…
I began to study computer science being a child, using a Commodore computer long time ago...and soon, I began to develop web applications...Nowadays I work at ilitia technologies, as applications developer.
I would like to show you the kind of things that keeps me sharp reading large articles in my computer till the 1:30 at night, or that makes me desire to have a fifty hours day to test them…those are cooking, housekeeping and shopping… Just joking… I am supposed to write about domotic, mobility devices and of course, all the technology things that are related to web applications…
So, I hope, from now and ahead, that you will find in my rag bag what you are looking for….Welcome!
